“Janghiya Badalne Se Dast Nahi Ruk Jate“
Overview
Jolly LLB 3 is one of the most anticipated films of this year. Everyone was excited for this film because of courtroom drama and story and yes, makers delivered this time also. Akshay and Arshad nailed it. I can say easily this is one of the best films so far this year. I personally liked this film very much. I have a lot to tell you about this film, so get ready.

Spoilers Ahead
This review will have some spoilers. So if you are just looking for the verdict or recommendation to decide if you wish to watch it in theatres or not, skip to the last paragraph.

Plot
The story of Jolly LLB 3 revolves around an old woman Janki who wants justice for her family and in this situation she comes to know about Jolly 1 and Jolly 2. And the chaos begins. The story is not just about chaos, it shows the reality of today’s world. Dekho, movie ka start toh kaafi hit kar jaata hai, ek death scene hai usmein jo kaafi raw and real laga, thoda brutal bhi keh skta hu. Wahi village areas mei new builders aate hai, unka ghar le lete hai infrastructure banane ke liye. But no one gave this level of presentation to this topic till now.

Acting
Akshay Kumar is backkkk!! He’s in his zone, he was literally the best character. The great thing about the film was Akshay and Arshad both were given equal level of presentation and that was the best part. Arshad Warsi as Jolly 1 and Akshay Kumar as Jolly 2, both were terrific in their roles and both of them did justice to their characters.
After this I’ll talk about my favourite character Sundar Lal Tripathi. Bhai kya toh creativity hai inke role ke liye yaar, kaha se sochte hai makers itna sab. Pure creative writing was visible in his character and Saurabh Shukla did his best, what he’s always known for.
Seema Biswas as Janki was also too good, she was mostly acting with her expressions only and that’s the true quality of an artist.
Amrita Rao as Sandhya and Huma Qureshi as Pushpa were good in their roles. The surprise character was Ram Kapoor as Vikram. No one knew that Ram Kapoor is also a part of this film. It was good that makers kept him hidden. He was also good in his role, in fact his ending speech was too good in the film.
And at last, Gajraj Rao as Haribai Khaitan. Gajraj Rao is a versatile actor and in this role also he was raw. His character was presented nicely and he did justice to his role.

Songs and Music
There is a rap song which plays again and again in the background aur wo kaam ka bhi nahi tha, zabardasti daala gaya tha. I mean why? Suit bhi nahi ho raha tha. But jo start ka BGM tha na ek death scene h film mei, uss BGM ne goosebumps diye the. Ye music ki editing mei peeche reh gaye yaar. Aise music nahi daalna tha.
They released so many songs as marketing assets but ek bhi song dhang ka nahi tha pre-release aur movie mei aadhe songs toh the hi nahi. Aisi cheezein film ka mazza kharab kar deti hai.

What I Liked the Most
The pre-interval block, it was great, no one saw this coming. And the other thing which I loved is story building. Dekho, pura first half toh build up mein chala gaya, uske baad start hota hai courtroom drama in the second half. Yes, the main element of the story was revealed in the trailer only and I was worried after watching the trailer because many things were revealed in the trailer itself.
Jolly 1 X Jolly 2
Yes, both were exceptional in the film. Handling both Jollys was a big challenge for Subhash Kapoor and he did his best. No complaints about that.
The thing which was unexpected ki dono Jollys ke beech mein ek action scene bhi hoga, jo kaafi real laga. Hota hai real mein bhi lawyers ke beech mein and that scene was also good. After watching the trailer, koi umeed nahi thi film se but surprisingly it came out good because I went without any expectations.
But yes, I have some complaints which we will talk about in what I disliked section.

What I Disliked
Drag and Comedy
There is one scene of a restaurant jo easily kaata jaata skta tha, but wo comedy add karne ke liye daala gaya. Arey haan! Comedy. So sad to say this time comedy is very less than previous installments. In this installment comedy was pure but less, not like Housefull 5 or other movies. Iske jokes genuine land hote hai but yaar, comedy zyada honi chahiye thi.
Now talking about draggy and stretched sequences
Jo climax ka courtroom drama hota hai na, usko kaafi kheench diya. Same same repetitive things in the sequences and it looked so stretched. Speech se bhi bore ho gaya tha thodi der toh. Ram Kapoor ki speech toh aur zyada stretched thi. So these were the points which were totally a minus for me. It didn’t work out.
Baaki music ki toh burai kar hi chuka hu. Kuch kuch music aisa bhi tha jaha goosebumps aa jaate hai but makers maintain nahi rakh paaye wo feel.

Conclusion
Overall Jolly LLB 3 is a powerful and hard hitting film which definitely deserves to be watched on big screens. If you’re free this weekend go and watch this movie in cinema only and go along with your families. This is a pure family courtroom drama film. The sad part is that occupancy recorded is very less.
