Golmaal hai bhai sab golmaal hai

Re baba, kitna hera pheri re!! This week was all about hera pheri of release dates here’s a quick recap for the same. Pushpa 2 will now release on 6th December 2024 clashing with Chhava (as of now). Welcome 3 has been postponed to 2025. Stree 2 will now release on 15th August clashing with Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa . On the other hand, Singham Again will release on Diwali clashing with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and finally Devara has been preponed to 27th September 2024 whereas Jigra has shifted to 11th October 2024. Inn release dates ke golmaal ke chakkar mai pura saal housefull hogaya hai. 

Salman Bhai x Atlee Anna

Asli pralay toh ab aayega! With the reports of Allu Arjun backing off of the project with Atlee, there have been speculations that the Jawan director is now in talks with the Sikandar Salman Khan for his next! The details are uncertain yet but what is certain is the havoc that it’s going to cause at the box office!

After Kabir with Kabir

Ek aur dream collaboration!! According to reports, after portraying the role of Kabir Dhaliwal in War, Hrithik Roshan will collaborate with Kabir Khan for a post apocalyptic thriller which is said to be a remake of a hollywood movie of which Hrithik has acquired the adaptation rights. The details of the film are unknown and it is said that multiple other scripts are in consideration as well for this collaboration.Hrithik Bhai, itna kuch kar hi rahe ho toh Krrish 4 bhi kardo yaar.

Yodha se Action Hero 

After the success of Sam Bahadur, Meghna Gulzar is all set to start with her next which will be based on an horrifying true event that took place in 2019. Reportedly, earlier, Sidharth Malhotra was to play the lead, but, however, is now replaced with Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Highlights of the week

Barring these updates, there has been a lot of developments regarding various other projects as well.

1. Diljit Dosanjh arrives as guest on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show.
   
2. Rockstar re-release becomes the highest grossing re-released movie of all tome surpassing Gadar.
   
3. Lakshya has been re-released in cinemas on the occasion of it’s 20th anniversary.
   
4. Munjya crosses 60cr nett at the box office, gains SUPER HIT status.
   
5. Chandu Champion starts slowly at the box office.
   
6. Srikanth emerges HIT, crosses 50cr nett at the box office.

Shoots – Kya Shuru Kya Khatam

1. Salman Khan starts shooting for Sikandar.
   
2. Sitaare Zameen Par wraps up filming. 
   
3. A new romantic song for Devara will be shot in Krabi Beach, Thailand.
   
4. Matka King filming begins.

New Releases, Release Dates and Announcements

1. Border 2 will be released on 23rd January 2026.
   
2. Mirzapur Season 3 trailer to be out on 20th June.
   
3. Kalki 2898 AD releases it’s first promotional song ‘Bhairava Anthem’, featuring Prabhas and Diljit Dosanjh.
   
4. Kill also released it’s first song titled ‘Kaawaa Kaawaa.’
   
5. ‘Tuu’ a track from Auron Main Kahan Dum Tha has been released. 
   
6. According to rumours, a second trailer for Kalki 2898 AD will be released by next week.
   

Hollywood and other International Samachar

1. Inside Out 2 opens with $295 million worldwide, emerging as the biggest animated film opening of all time worldwide.
   
2. Will Smith to Star in Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Resistor’ From Sony Pictures
