Swagat toh karo hamara!
We all have seen or heard chatters surrounding Salman Khan’s cameo as Chulbul Pandey in the post credit scene of Singham Again and how underwhelming and low effort it was. It felt like they put in zero thought and just shot the cameo for the sake of it.
From the uniform to the beard nothing gave the vibe of Chulbul Pandey from Dabangg. To ruin things even more, they did not even have the rights for Dabangg’s theme music.
Don’t worry, we fixed it. We can’t recreate the scene for you but we sure hope you can imagine this as if you were watching it for the first time in theatre, at the end of Singham Again.

Scene: Police Headquarters, Conference Room Chulbul Pandey
The scene opens with the bold, ominous logo of the Shiva Squad flickering on the screen. Inside a dimly lit conference room, Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) stands at the head of a table, surrounded by fellow officers, all seated and listening intently.
Singham: (addressing the team) “We’re bringing in a new recruit—a man with a very… particular skill set.” Â
[Officer Shruti Bakshi (played by Shweta Tiwari) raises her eyebrow, skeptical.]
Shruti: “Why do we need only him and not any other specialist?” Singham, with a steady look, responds confidently.Â
Singham: “Jo kaam koi nahi kar sakta, woh sirf wahi kar sakta hai.” Â

Scene Shift: Abandoned Industrial AreaÂ
The camera cuts to a desolate, crumbling structure — a khandar (ruined area). Dust fills the air as we see flashes of a man in a police uniform, engaged in brutal combat with a gang of armed goons. The camera captures intense, slow-motion shots of his movements: fists striking, boots crushing, bones cracking, bodies falling. Blood splatters across his uniform, which only seems to fuel his relentless energy.Â
The camera pans slowly up his frame — strong, grounded, radiating a raw power — until it almost reaches his face. Then, the iconic Dabangg theme begins to pulse in the background, hinting at the identity of this mystery cop.

Back to Conference Room
[Shruti, intrigued but still skeptical, leans forward.]
Shruti: “Uska naam kya hai?” Â
[Singham smiles, eyes gleaming with admiration and respect.]
Singham: “Log usse kai naam se jaante hai — Super Cop, Dhaakadchand, Robinhood… par uska ek naam kaafi mashhoor hai…” Â
[Singham pauses, allowing the anticipation to build.]
Singham: “CHULBUL PANDEY.” Â

Scene Shift: Conference Room Doorway
Just as his name is spoken, Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) makes his entrance. Standing at the doorway, his face is now fully revealed, smeared with blood from the fight. He smirks, confidently strolling into the room as the officers stare, stunned by his presence and the aura of danger around him.Â
[He pauses at the door, strikes his classic pose, and utters his iconic line with a grin.]
Chulbul Pandey: “Swagat nahi karoge humara?” Â
[He casually removes his blood-stained aviator sunglasses, tucking them into the collar of his shirt. Walking up to Singham, he extends his hand.]
Singham: “Welcome to the Shiva Squad, Chulbul.” Â
[They shake hands firmly, sealing the alliance.]
Screen Fades Â
As they shake hands, the screen fades to black, and a new title appears in bold letters:
“MISSION CHULBUL SINGHAM”
